okay, been super duper duper busy again.

i was super duper busy before
but now im super duper duper busy.
reason is:
1) doing my final year project work
2) took a part-time job (10am-7pm 6days a week)
3) handled auditions for EPSILON
4) final exams for my semester 1

it was a hectic hectic 2 weeks T.T

but here's the good news!
today, i finished all my exam papers d~ YAY!!!!
this week, did 2 round of auditions for EPSILON d~ YAY!!!!
this week, survived my first week of part-time job as promoter ~ YAY!!!!
finished IC50 part of my FYP, left inverted ~ YAY!!!!

not only that we got the surprise of our lives!

well, i sent in our teentop spazzing video also, just to see my luck.
OMG it WON AS WELL.
And as icing on the cake, even though they said the shirt distribution is by random selection, they gave B1A4 shirt to dba and TEENTOP shirt to me XDDD

An awesome New Years ^^

we had the most exciting new year's eve party ever!

well first off it was me, dba, has, anne and syira (last minute decided to join us). we met at sushi king sunway pyramid for a super late lunch (4pm) with tira before she had to go off to work. this event was under her company btw. not sure abt the other performers but Rania was here. i guess that's the only reason we went, but then we weren't really looking forward to see them (not really a fan). our main concern was the MBC gayo daejun live streaming that night and the autographed t-shirt contest. we heard that aside from winning entries that get the tshirts, there will also be videos that are featured on the live show.

we were joined later by atiq and lyn. they had tickets with us too.

so we went around pyramid looking for a nice picture or video to shoot for the contest. took one on a sled in the middle of pyramid's christmas display hahaha. that was funny. we wanted to look excited and enjoying the show, and couldnt help fangirling in the middle of the display and ppl actually came and looked 0.0

and then we went to line up for the countdown party. saw chun how and lizzy there. we watched the opening dance number, which was great, and then a band performance. by then it was getting pretty late, and we were anxious to go watch the MBC show, so we left.

right outside of lagoon, there was a pretty white christmas tree lit up with all the works. we sat there and took diba's b1a4 support video.

then we headed off to starbucks for wifi and also to stream the show. it was really frustrating cos the line was super slow, and we were watching only glimpses of the laggy stream.

i managed to get all the entries sent to the contest.

we also spazzed for teentop and shinee special stage oppa oppa there.

and during the break, we decided to move on to a closeby cyber cafe, cos we cant stand the poor streaming. oh and btw homg SHINee won popular artist XDDDD hahahaha for a group dat hasnt been promoting in Korea for the past year, that is some crazy shawols at work XD awesome work guys! proud to be a shawol!

outside pyramid is crazy. ppl were buying spray cans and spraying ppl on the street. it was so scary, i was practically running. and then we reached the CC and opened on computer to watch the show. but for some horrible unknown reason, the computer tends to restart by its self every once in a while. for safety measure, we took one more computer beside us, so we streamed on both computers.

and then when they played the video entries on the live streaming, i prepared my cam in case we make it on the show. and OMG we DID!

and then during the 12 oclock mark, we started cheering happy new year! with hugs and claps. yep, the cc ppl looked at us like confirmed we were retarded XD

hahaha then shinee HOMG super cool stage. T.T I love SHINee soooo much. and taemin baby played the guitar!! soo hawttt!!!

when they finished, it looked like it hasnt ended but they changed the screen, and we were disappointed. turns out it wasnt over and there was a 'SHINee is back' teaser at the end of their perf!!! (we only know this later around 5am when fancams leaked)

it was an awesome fun new year's party, although we didnt exactly have a 'party' hahaha. we hang out together with friends, watching things we loved, and also the super cool extra of being on air. combine that with the beautiful gift of SHinee's back, i give you the perfect new years XD

i just know 2012 is going to be great! Welcome the new years EVERYBODY!!

last night didnt get much sleep, because anne came over and we hang out til 6am hahaha.

then i had to go off to lab to check on my cells and such.

this time i went myself and i was so prepared and sure of myself and my labwork, that for once, I am not afraid of who i meet there. I walked confidently knowing how much I've done, and what I need to do. no more of being stressed or running away. somehow i feel this is a significant achievement. a step closer to graduating.

another source of my muddled thoughts is this boy.

he's a 1994, going to debut with a new SM group called EXO. His name is Kai.

he worries me so much because at times he looks like Taemin. its his jaw i think, and his lips.

i'm guessing he is Taemin's friend, the one taem talked abt long ago. He had a friend who he's close with, another trainee, about the same age. aish, this boy who shares taem's life, i am intrigued and at the same time jealous of him.

the SBS gayo daejun 2011, exo havent exactly debuted but kai shared the stage with taem and eunhyuk (suju). it bothers me, and yet i felt this transition was already written in history long before its coming. i guess it was just meant to be.

anyways, he's being promoted as the dancer in EXO. being promoted a bit...too much? haha. who cares? all's good. the music background is awesome though. i like to play it in the background. cant wait for the full song, and for them to debut finally.

my weight management programme experience

Recently i got a coupon voucher to try out a weight management programme. i wont name it so they cant sue me kekeke. anyways, i was given fair warning from Anne regarding how they operate and how they lure you to join and pour tons and tons of money into these programs.

anyways, i know myself and i'm pretty sure i can withstand the pressure. my main goal was to experience it. i dont have any bad predispositions before i start the free treatment, so to keep an open view on it. i know i didnt want to enroll but was open to the idea of giving it as a gift to close family if it were really good.

anyways, they said i get a 3hours session for free. you register first for the session and they will assign you a weight management expert. they will supervise your progress throughout the programme.

here's the run-down. basically 1st hour is they lecture you on your weight and goals. this is not a bad thing. its very informative for those who have never learned anything on weight gain and its reasons, or even those who have basic information, as it gives alot of info.

2nd hour is where the treatment takes place.

3rd hour the haggle you into joining their program for the long run. (cheers!)

anyways, the free treatment session i got was like this.
started off with background check up. weight and height taken. they then tell you to strip (im so not comfortable with this) and put u in a towel and off into the steam room. im not sure how long this took but i was miserable in there. basically they are miniature steam rooms, separated by glass (tinted) for each customer. and we are told to sit in there and sweat it out. apparently the point of this is to awaken our metabolism and warm our bodies. the person in the stall beside me had to go out twice, and i was struggling to maintain in there longer than her. keeping my face buried in the face towel they gave, i could barely breath and i waited for the time to finish.

second part of the treatment, they put some sort of salt on it. they said its nano technology that is easier to penetrate to the fat layer below the skin. you have to lie butt naked on the table though, except for a disposable panty, that was awkward. she was talking and i was answering and im pretty sure a piece of salt flew into my mouth because the saltiness was unbearable for awhile i waited for it to dissipate. then they cover you with this plastic film, and then this grey huge blanket with wires and further more with towels. this is the infrared treatment, used to increase metabolism and open lymphnodes. forcing me to sweat summore for another 30mins. gosh, that was a longggggg 30mins. i was okay the first 15mins, and she came back, readjusted me, wiped sweat of my face (cos i cant move my arms under the blanket) and told me to give it another 15mins. i wanted to cry, singing replay to distract myself from the discomfort. it was pure torture. i'd give half hour jogging session a go rather than go through that again. i felt weak and nauseous afterwards. she told me to sit it out before showering.

the there was one last part, the electrical muscle stimulation therapy. basically using electric to stimulate the muscles (easy right?) and making it like ur muscle has gone thru hours of exercise. they wrapped it around my problem areas (which they determined by taking measurements while i was butt naked again =.= awkwardddddd) which are arms, thighs and tummy. i actually liked this part. i was exhausted from the other two, and could easily doze off with the vibrations. unfortunately this is the last part, thus she takes this time to bother me with all the details of registration, payment methods, and the many different programmes that she can get me in. i was so annoyed they had to ruin the only good part =.=

after which i was told to dress and go to the consultation room again where she haggled me to register as member for the next half hour. it was super annoying. i told her no like a gazillion times and she refused to have it. i categorically refused to give any card details or bank that i'm using, and stated clearly that i have no source of income. at some point she was practically raising her voice at me and arguing that i am cheating her. me? cheating her? wait a sec, i'm still the customer right? swt =.=" in the end, she finally let me go, quickly ushering me out the door. talk about giving the cold shoulder lmao.

it was a rough few hours. i spent 1-5pm in there and was famished by the end. maybe because of dehydration? maybe because of all the arguing? lmao. somehow in the back of my mind i kind of agree all that trouble was not worth the free treatment session at all, if it were not for my first experience.

weird dreams

weird dream

last nite i slept around 1 and woke at 8. then i re-set the alarm to wake at 9 hahaha. but usually between these times is when i have the most colorful, eventful dreams.

okay they are weird dreams.

anyways i dont remember everything. but i do remember scrambling around doing kpop stalking. i'm pretty sure i was aiming for someone else (now awake, i'm rationalizing it as SHINee). but we were in an opera house. not sure who i was stalking with, but there were several. anyways, we could go only so far in front, but what do u know, we were right behind Beast. not all members. i'm guessing diba was with me cos i pointed out yeoseobie to her. everyone went crazy when he turned and waved. i was far right and i looked at the far right member. it was Doojoon. he looked and me and winked. hahaha it was cute, even in my dream.

then i was on a bus. there was this tall lanky chinese guy. (now awake, i recognize him as the guy who does my glasses at alamanda hahaha). anyways he was hitting on me, and i was wary at first but i got comfortable around him after awhile. i fell asleep on the bus and when woke he was gone. turned around the back seat raiza was happily chatting away with him. i was annoyed straight away at how fickle he is. i guess even in dream land im insecure =.= ridiculous.

and then i was in this darkened big room. looks like a mall after hours. we were amongst bright paintings (looked like they were for sale), propped on chairs or on the floor, not hanging. talking animatedly with friends. i recognize one as Fiza, a biomed student i know from the previous batch. its been a long while since i last hang out with her, i used to back when we were in the same class. she's very lively and fun to be around. anyways i did see her at IBS a few weeks ago, at the surau. she is doing her masters and working in the lab below mine. i guess thats why she made a cameo in my dream. i should give her a call ^^

any ways we heard a ruckus in the other room and we all rushed over to look. there were many by-standers. i cant see much actually with all the people. not sure if it was an accident, a murder, or just a fight. i guess i've been watching too much violence on tv lately. we heard police was coming by to check and immediately we were worried (these were not normal police in my dreams, they had more like a ring-wraith feel to them and we shouldnt be caught in a place and time like that). so we rushed back to our painting selling place and acted normally. they stared at us as they passed us to the ruckus area. we discussed whether we seemed fishy or not, but i realized the display lights were off! obviously we have left the area for longer than i thought. it was disconcerting.

and suddenly i was away (i guess i ran) and was in another room. it was full white. feels like a hospital. and there was some one sick. they said she had campak (chicken pox?). she had to wear this weird mesh thing that covered her whole body including her face. they said it was so she can breathe easier and see through the mesh.

anyways, that sums up my weird dream for today. its alot of gibberish i know, but i wanted to type it out. hahaha. maybe next time i'll share another one of my non-sense dreams~

when I first listened to SHINee The First Japanese Album, I was immediately attracted to 'Better'. It just gave a feel, indescribable. I felt a pull towards the song that I cant pinpoint why.

I kept listening to this song over and over, liking the feelings it conjures. Then one day Diba pointed out a glaring fact about this song. I was surprised it never occurred to me. This song sounds like it was made for DBSK.

DBSK was my first kpop bias. I followed them til they went serious into Japan promotions. I couldnt stand the fact that Japan has taken over them so eventually I broke free of DBSK. and sadly to say I was super disappointed in their break up. It was a great loss to the Kpop community. I felt they are the greatest thing to happen to Kpop.

in 2008, I eventually moved on to SHINee. It wasnt much of a change, they had a similar feel. But somehow SHINee seemed more perfect for me. SHINee themselves are not perfect, they are flawed in their own ways, but also have their strengths too, and somehow they mirror exactly what I want and need from Kpop. Therefore since then I have stayed with SHINee, never able to break away from them. Even when eventually they made their migration to Japan too, I still cannot leave my SHINee babies. They are my reason to dance and be happy and to be alive (a totally other story, will get back on that).

So this song, which is sung by SHINee, but I felt a distance to it, something was missing...and to realize its because DBSK was meant to sing it. Listening to it now, I can totally understand why this song would be perfect for DBSK to sing. SHINee sounds great too, but listening carefully, you can hear their immaturity in terms of experience and vocals. I'm no expert but I do believe DBSK would do this song a great justice. But DBSK is no more... and somehow somewhere this song was passed on to SHINee. It doesnt sound like a song that SHINee normally sings, but I think they pulled it off anyways. It still sounds great and feel the longing and stirred emotions when I listen to it, only now I'm confused who is causing it really.

I guess we will never know since this song was just never meant to be.

eggs, party, xanderland and shinee-ing weekend! and life there after~

okayyyyyy so run down of what happened the past few days.
we had our first egg party!!!!
this is the decoration boxes that i made. picture courtesy of janics. the color coordination was done by anne, and she found this font. its called Cheri ^^ i think its super cute. added lights that anne bought from thailand. hahahaha it almost seems like anne's boxes =.= No! hahahaha i did the labor and its my idea anyway kekeke. okay, i allow her to share the credit ^^

but the end result is super nice, and it sure gave off an egg party feel. at night, the light came off to perfection giving our party and homely feel. loved it much! ^^
i'll hunt more night photos later.

in the end we all decided to sleepover (except janics =.= hahahaha janics u r not forgiven!!)
BBQ from the evening, played games all night, celebrated anne's bday with a whopping cake, then watched tv together, followed by a game of truth or dare in pajamas XD it was an epic party~!

the next day we were all tired, basically lazed around the house til noon, left for cheras for xander's solo showcase. it was alot of fun. they had this idea to give xander a bunch of tiffany-snsd's bottle of vita. this was to tease him for answering tiffany (for admired female idol) at the press conference the day before. when we gave it to him in a non stop series, he was so overwhelmed and blushing and happy XD its so fun to tease xander kekekeke. he reached out to shake out hands ^^

T.T uuuuuuuuuuuuuuhhhh its shinee's the first (japanese album). you know, after history of dbsk going japan and rarely resurfacing out of japan and then sudden break up, i have my doubts about my baby shinee going there. it was really very hard for me to even support the entire idea. i couldnt listen to the japan tracks, i felt shinee was taken from me T.T i know i know i need to support them no matter what! but it hurts to feel like they might be lost to me. sighhh

anyways to see the box set was so much pain!!!! i miss shinee so much it hurts! i look my baby taemin on the cover with his lovely pout kekeke. i finally listened to the songs. i really like better. i dunno, the melody really gets to me, and (after reading the translations), the lyrics feel like shinee's (taemin's?) message to me (hahahahahahaaha perasan much!). i do want to lean on shinee, they are my saviour, and after so many years, its a blessing to still love them so much.
anyways, continue with my life after the weekend, i had to do so much work for my fyp =.=

trust me, it may be small and seemingly effortless, but its really tiring this culture work
but truthfully, i really dont mind. i feel this is as good as it gets for a fyp XD so i thank God everyday for this opportunity hehe~

anyways, after my super long hours in the lab, i finish at 5, stop by alamanda for dba's mcD, came back at 6 and started with my sewing work. i finished 3 different things, and then worked on epsilon tshirts distribution. finishing that, i finally let myself rest. omg it 2am! i've been working for 7hours out of the house, and continue for another 7hours at home! i need rest!

but i had to wake at 8am to get to class. ethnopharmaco today had a discussion/debate assignment. not really worried about debating, but i was worried about what little i knew. thankfully, the title was not bad. EP/TCM should be fully supported by the government. We fought on the opposition side. I thought i spoke okay, gave my point, thankfully didnt stutter too much. then 11-1 i was back in the lab to finish my treatment of the cells. OMG i'm done with all seeding and treatment!! now only left reading mtt assay on friday and i'm done! well almost, done, last step is actually inverted microscopy at MAKNA for the chosen cell line and compound, but thats not til mid-january. also i must finish all my IC50 calculations.

yeah, i know i lost you with all my scientific jibberish kekeke. well, i'm just glad i have everything up to date and well in hand.

i also have a job interview on the 4th january. my dad's birthday haha. who knows? it might bring me luck ^^

Working out the chinks

Lol well no one wants to hear me rant about how tired, busy, exhausted, hectic, etc., etc., my life is yet again right? hahaha well its true. i feel so tired all the time, more like because i'm not getting enough sleep and also because of how i place my work ^^

I wanted to do so much yesterday, then i was burdened with a lab report for PKK and also a bring home assignment by Dr. Latifah for ethno class, that I was devastated. reached home before 6 i got straight to working non-stop til midnight on the 2 extra home work. okay, not exactly non-stop. i did walk it off everytime i feel i cant stand it anymore (which happens like every hour), and at one point (8pm) i actually walked off, sat on couch in front of tv and zoned out for half an hour before i can start again hahahaha. but overall, i finished typing everything for the ethno thing, and also finished my whole lab report XD

means for now i only have to concern myself with my lab work, fixing my esmp credit hours and also finishing the ethno work. need to research more for my store and also maybe a new sewing machine some day. not to mention need to pack a secret santa's gift and also finish my egg's party boxes by today. got to go to fac to return notes to Ee Ling by 10:30, 11:30 need to do treatment for my 2 cell plates, then continue with MTT assay at 1pm for the 2 other cells plates i did on monday.....uwarrrrghhhhh!!! i'll be done by 5pm hopefully!

and my weekend is filled with egg's party on saturday, and xander's show on sunday XD

some where some one please help me finish all my work so i can actually enjoy the other aspects of my life XD

Taking on projects

I've been really pondering about the shop project. Thinking of the many things I want to put in there. omg, there's just so much work to finish, not to mention the products to be sold. and i have to deal with the epsilon shirts, and auditions, not to mention finishing my final year project and exams are in 3 weeks, I havent began studying yet, and everyday I'm gaining weight!!! I think currently my life is just so out of order!

But on the plus side, nothing is severely behind schedule (as during my november breakdown, as I have told you), yesterday I went to class and got all my Ethno attendance settled, met with my mentor for FYP and figured out my schedule for the next month, and surprisingly I am adept to all the new info (although slightly behind on the work), and then went to my PKK class, and it's finishing too (no more attendance to worry, only the finals to think about). Today is wednesday. i dont have any lab work to do til Friday, but I do have a Japanese final assignment to pass up today. I'll finish it during my free time now, since my PKK class is finished, and print it out and pass up later in the afternoon. Go to my FYP class later at 2, and sign and leave early and go home and settle as much about the shirts and auditions as I can, before finishing my party boxes! and of course, today will start my exercise routine. I swear if it rains again, I am going to do dance at home =.= because I am seriously packing on the pounds. =(

I dont really wear many skirts. I just realized how easy they were to make so decided to make one. I picked a polka dot blue. dunno why. i thought it would look nice, apparently it doesnt. i'll try several other fabrics first before showcasing them to sell =)))

Project: Crochet flowers

Status: 100% done

When researching about ways and things to crochet, i came across these cute fun things that i can do. including flowers. there are a ton others, but i'll start small (haha, also since there's no way of finishing the hell lot of other things on my list T.T). anyways, this is what it looks like.

Pretty simple flowers. I made 2 of every color. Only 3 colors, and I was pretty tired with it. i want to try out other designs too, and for that I might update this page. But for now, I want to continue with finishing the project list first yeah~

[111211] so i experimented with this a little more. I liked a certain flower type i saw on yt. tried it with left over green yarn.

i had to replace with blue since my green ran out. this is the end look.

i used my pretty light yellow color yarn to make a big flower.

also tried to make other sizes and types. i rather like the effect. can be made into decor, head gear, etc.

i have had many close calls these past few semesters. ever since my new lease on life (aka my stubborness to get back to reality), i pushed one too many boundaries and often find myself in bad situations. i always have a very optimistic view on things, therefore I had a feeling I can scrape by everytime. But sometimes, close calls are just a tad too close for comfort.

take for example my november.

after doing teentop project, we decided to take a rest, and didnt focus on anything new for a while. i was forever delaying my fyp presentation too, and not studying for tests. then came wg project with deadline 30th nov. genting performance on 29th. fyp presentation on the 30th. test for metabolism on the 30th. then MOA weekend on 2nd and 3rd Dec. and 4th Dec performance for KTO. it was hell week, and nothing couldve prepared me for it.

for days i didnt sleep trying to figure things out, working as fast as i can, on sanity that bordered on breaking.

i just did the performance, and did the video editing, and did the presentation and did the test. i didnt think. i did.

cant say it was my best work, but it was done. under the consequences and with the stress levels involved, I'm actually proud of myself for having made it through the week.

I was actually applauded for doing pretty well at the fyp presentation. I cant celebrate that though. it was nearly all not my work, so I feel bad if I were to take credit for anything more than the 10minutes presentation that I did.

Also, i had a bad feeling of failing miserably for metabo test. its enough that Dr.Asmah doesnt like me =.= (which is entirely not my fault. she asked to change the schedule, but I cant accomodate, how is that my fault? why change the schedule in the first place? boo!) anyways, she declared in class that anyone who got score less than 40 (passing mark) for Test 2, must see her to get a borang (not sure for what, but apparently you have to inform your PA). not only that, the average marks for the class was on 56. giving no hope for any positive outcome. I was like, oh crap, I have to see her. and not only that, I have to apologize for bad marks. I was so sure that I got less than 40, I never thought of any other alternative =.=
then I braced myself and just went up to her room. it was locked, she wasnt in. i walked around the faculty and I saw she posted results for test 2. and I got 50!!! hahahaha (insert totally unself conscious jiggy here). wheeeeee! not only did I not fail, I actually passed! I dont have to see her! and for my first test I found I got 80% too. hahaha not bad for a student that she doesnt even like =p

but seriously, this is no reason to continue on this way. I have time now and I should carry on my life with more semblance to a balanced lifestyle. I cannot possibly keep surviving this way. although its very tempting.... sigh.

Creating a market

I've always been thinking about how to make some extra money to fund my hobbies. I know my most expensive hobby is Kpop, next in line being Epsilon haha. I use alot of money and dont have a means to pay back all that I'm using.

I'm thinking of creating an online cosplay shop for Kpop. I guess my primary target customers would be Malaysians haha. Dunno if this is a good idea yet. Making costumes take a lot of time and money. And not sure people are willing to pay for the costumes yet lol.
We'll see where it goes, if ever~

Welcoming the end of the year

Its well into the first week of December already and I have yet to get all my things done. I'm so worried about having a gazillion things not done before the year ends. Not that anything will matter if I dont get these personal goals done, but I feel as if I have achieved less this year if I dont try =p

I always had this problem of over-achieving, but I cant help myself, I like pushing myself. It makes me feel useful, like I have a purpose in life. I know it seems ridiculous to assess myself based on what I do, but I really do believe that our choices/actions define our existence, and so I want to make myself count ^^

tick tock tick tock. I feel the time slipping away. I wish I can hold on to it. Make time freeze. Because I can never get enough of it. No matter how I tell myself I have no hold on life, that it does not matter to me, the truth is, I'm so in love with being alive.

its different, you know. to live and to be alive. I hope I do learn to cherish it properly.

Its 1am on wednesday/thursday midnight. I'm super tired from all the deadlines I've been trying to make. I only wanted to come and give a short briefing on all that transpired, but I'm so tired, I dont think I;ll make it tonight haha.

Off to HUKM tomorrow for my doctor's appointment, and then evening class.

technically i am super behind on all my work, but i decided to put in some time this weekend to finish this little side project.

some time ago, my friend wore this simple dress that caught my eye. not so much the style, but more cos i felt like i could recreate it ^^ so i kept it in mind til when i want to sew a dress project.

the base, i used an old singlet that i have (or maybe 4). i made the shirt pocket out of the excess fabric, and sewed on the skirt. added a dress pocket too. this is just a recreation of my friend's dress so technically there is no idea put in here. XD

This is what it looks like when it's done.

I'm gonna wear it to class tomorrow, so i'll update a pic of me wearing it ^^ can't wait!

Juggling my work n 'other' life

My life is separated into two. My real life in which i work/study and do my final year project and go for exams and be a good student, the straight forward, scientific thinking, worker that has no life. And my 'other' life in which i am the real me, the dancing, artistic me that loves life and breathes passion.

I am two different people, put into one. And sometimes both lives get caught up, and i cant handle it. There's just too much to do with very little time. 24 hours is just not enough.

Project: Decoration boxes

Status: 60% done

I had this idea when I visited Seoul tower in South Korea. There was a pretty gift shop at the base of the tower and they decorated it with many boxes with letters. Given that boxes cost more then they should =.= I decided to make my boxes from scratch.

I bought this cheap plain white cardboard at a local stationary store. Just need pencil, scissors, some double tape or glue.

My layout for the box is another box i already had, and opened up to get the layout. I just traced it.

Then cut out the shape.

and i build it into boxes like these

well I've already done 6 box and wrapped them up with colored paper. I just finished another 2 boxes to complete the 8 set. I'm still wondering about the color theme though, but i'll figure it out some time. I may be using it as decor for an upcoming party ^^

Project: Diet Scrap book

This I've been thinking about doing since a long time ago. When I'm dieting, I cant think about anything else, and I research so much into it I wonder where I can pour out all this information. But I also dont want to lose all this useful info over the years, so I came to a conclusion.... make a scrap book about Diet! ^^

Well i'm using this old pretty book that I got from seventeen magazine japan back in 2008. it was too pretty to use but really i had no use of it except taking space =.=
So gonna convert this into my diet scrap book.

I've printed pics and tidbit infos, and cut it up to insert into my scrap book.

This info has to be sorted through and stuck into the scrap book.

Page 1 is DONE!!! hahaha kicked off to a great start yeah~

Project: Crochet scarf

when I learned how to crochet, i figured the easiest project to start with is a scarf. well, cos its flat and straight haha. my friend is going to korea this winter, so i figured i'll make the scarf for her.

The yarn i'm using is green and blue. A crochet hook and normal scissors.

I use double crochet for this scarf, 2 lines for each color and interchange. It looks like this.

I made it slightly longer than 1 meter long, and around 15cm wide. I'm currently trying to figure out what to do about the endings/trimmings.

Project: Small plushy dolls

I had an idea to make plushie toys. My first instinct is to make Taemin plushie hahaha! Second instinct is to make a Luffy plushy gehehe. I know, i'm weird. Anywayssss i figured i better start small. Try to achieve easy 2D uncomplicated plushies first, and work my way up from there. if it is possible to make good quality small plushies, then i might upgrade to full scale plushies next year haha. Be prepared to receive plushies from me as gifts hehehe XD

Anyways, i bought green felt. My sister wants frogs haha. So i experimented on a super easy shape first. A ginger bread man. I know its weird to see it green (try to imagine it brown yeah?)
It was not really well done. as i said, i was just experimenting.

Second, i experimented with a basic frog figure. Again i was sketching roughly only, so the plushy didnt come out very well done. But safe to say it can be achieved.

I made a proper block for the frog plushy figure already. Using cardboard, i drew out the figure and cut it out.

[111210] wheeeee so i finally took the time to get a move on this project. made a better cut on the fabric. its still super annoying to sew on with sewing machine, i think cos im not using felt fabric (sigh).

i also made super cute finishings with some white and black felt i bought from daiso, to make the eyes and mouth. i was excited with how cute it was i even made a bow tie for it ^^

Blundd in Anne's bear. She brings him every where and takes pictures of his activities. This project is to make a shirt for Blundd. It's not from scratch though, the material is altered from a dog costume.

He must be really happy to wear it cos he is practically dancing~ XD

This is just a small side project to help my friend, but it seems fun to make clothes for our teddies. I might make another in the future for other bears in the house ^^

Update 11/12: I was supposed to get working on the beanie hat today, but i got stuck on other things. i finished my skirt. it doesnt look very nice. i'm still color blind as ever. i need to try a few before i get a nice color palette i think hahahaha. anyways, i also did another version on the flower, and plushy pillow version.

[FA] TT(niel) stalking in Malaysia (110923-110924) pt3

i decided i wanted to have a go at calling to niel. my LAST CHANCE! my friend said 'niel saranghamnida' and he smiled and waved. and she said 'come to malaysia again' (in korean) and he smiled and nodded. but my baby niel why wont u look at meeeee???

okay, basically my voice was mostly lost at the stadium, so i had this weird throaty sexy voice that i dont recognize, and calling out niel-ahhhhh saranghaeyooooo kajimaaaaa~~~ okay i was repeating this for awhile, i knew he can hear me, but he didnt turn around =((((( at one point even chunji turned to question him. cant tell what he replied though cos he refused to look back.
so sad, boo niel booooo!! *cries in the corner*

when we reached the escalator, the security moved in and formed 3 layers. so the boys went in safely. they turned and waved goodbye. niel waved at several cameras but still didnt look my way.
OMG whats wrong bb???
and off they went down the escalator. i ran around to the left just in time to see them reach downstairs and they were waving up towards the fans.

**get ready for it....my favorite part**

i didnt bother calling out niel by this time, only left small little light of hope in my heart, and i looked down, immediately finding him below, and my heart practically jumped with me, because he suddenly miraculously looked up straight at me. a great big smile played on his face, he was practically laughing, and he continued to look at me as he waved goodbye. you wouldnt believe wat his eyes can do to you when he looks straight at you, and u can see him smiling and staring and omg i was not breathing!!! and he didnt break that gaze all the way til he walk out of sight! (okay, it was like for 5 steps only, but still!!! omg he continued looking at me for 5 whole steps! thats like achievement of the year BABY~!) omg i was totally speechless, glued to the floor and fireworks bursting inside my brain ahahaha, it was the best few seconds of my life!!! XD

after that we had to move to the other side, to see them at the passport inspection. we called to all the members, and as usual the two most reliable to wave back Ljoe and Ricky. changjo was surprisingly responsive at this point.

me and my sis decided to do fanchant. i dunno. for fun.
niel jjang chunji jjang changjo jjang ricky jjang ljoe jjang leader cap teentop jjang!!
our voices echoed on the marble walls, it sounded awesome! and can totally tell changjo was obviously listening, he held up a thumbs up.
and we continued 'eonjena teentopman saranghae yongwonhi kkeutgaji hamkkehae' and OMG changjo started dancing to the beat!! hahaha i started squealing and we never really finished that fanchant hahahaha. mianhae~

some fans asked changjo to dance, and to do aegyo. he didnt though, but he did raise up his hand.
some fans called out to niel, saying 'the present! we gave you that present!' he was totally clueless, looking bewildered almost. it wasnt until my sis intervened 'sonmul iyo! sonmul!!' and pointed at the thing he was carrying. he glanced our way and smiled as it dawned on him. he lifted and pointed at the packaged and smiled at them. hahaha i guess baby niel cant easily catch english words. he seemed so relieved to understand, it was hilarious.

chunji ricky and ljoe were further in another lane, i wasnt paying attention to them when they entered, cos i was watching niel changjo and cap.
can hear the screams and we knew FTI fans have arrived, FTI was heading down the escalator. and OMG some of the fans on my side LEFT!!! okay, i wont be judgemental here, but OMG LA TEENTOP IS STILL HERE, THEY CAN SEE YOU LEAVE OKAY?!! *grumbles*

i stayed of cos. i saw a girl holding her camera, not budging from her spot. taking a fancam i guess. i stood closer to her to catch another glimpse of niel. all the while still calling out 'teentop-ahhh~~~ im still here for you~~~ we love you!!!'
before cap wanted to go in, the 3 boys wanted to give a last wave, and cap went in first. by then FTI boys have reached and changjo and niel immediately did 90degree bow. awwww our boys so respectful to sunbaes ^^

after niel and changjo went in, i raced to the bridge area (basically the glass walled area to wave goodbye to the international departure hall below).
i positioned myself nicely, with teentop placard in front and waited for them to pass.
some of the members waved, i wasnt paying attention to who it was cos i needed niel to wave to me. he waved to ppl on my left =.= and walked nearly out of view, so i ran to the right wall to see him again.
okay this was very brief, but when he looked up, i swear i saw recognition on his face. more of a 'ahhhh u again, noona are u following me?' look, hahahaha. aigooo niel baby dont hate me its not easy following u u know??

hahaha he did give a last wave XD thanks darling~ and off they went to the other side. they were rushing faster this time, i guess cos they were pretty late. can see some fans down there following them. annoyed. those-crazy-money-loaded-fan-who-can-afford-plane-tickets =.= haha they better not scare off my teentop babies~

anyways i hope this fanaccount never reaches niel. if he never did connect the dots, i hope he never will and just remember me as the dancing fangirl from epsilon, not the crazy fangirl with the huge placard and especially not the crazy fangirl who follows him everywhere he goes XD

since you are obviously reading for niel, haha ill just describe him. well he is tall, taller than me yay! ^^ and he looks great real life, well exactly like what you see on tv, minus the make up. unlike make-up-niel who grabs attention with his luscious smackers, airport-non-make-up-niel its so easy to be mesmerized by his eyes. ^^ he doesnt do anything to create attention to himself, while amidst crazy stalking fans, but he is quick to receive gifts. i wish i knew that earlier i would give him the cd sighhh.

the top media staff, i dunno who she is, but i think some of u do. amongst all the members, niel hangs around closer to her more than others. basically he walks nearer to her most of the time, and also he stopped immediately when her shoe was stuck at the revolving doors. i dunno what this says about his relationship with noona staff. dont jump to conclusion, i dont mean it in a love way, i mean more like easy going relationship way.
niel is also easily alarmed by crazy fans, unlike some of the other members, he moves closer to the members (for protection?) haha and its not like he deliberately asks cap for help, more like cap feels inclined to protect niel XD i am suddenly shipping this couple wth? but definitely can see his eyes darting anxiously around him whenever the idol circle is pushed smaller. (seriously ljoe and chunji are able to walk so bravely forward =.=)

[FA] TT(niel) stalking in Malaysia (110923-110924) pt2

110924 (day of the concert)

6.30pm

reached the stadium late, planned to stalk the boys first but the hotel management didnt allow us. then got lost along the way to the stadium hahaha. by the time we reached the stadium was packed with tons of people and omg the parking in front of the stadium is full T.T i parked further uphill, the car park attendant was taking in rm10 per car, the dem leechers =.=

walked over to the front of the stadium, it was pretty lively there. said hi to friends and KTO booth, then went over inside to find our seat. going in the stadium, we pass the back stage and circle around it (there are barricades surrounding it) to get to the seats. basically back stage is like a row of white tents with names stuck to the front door. so excited when we see the tent most to the left is TT's. haha feel compelled to yell something atm, but that would be dumb XD mentally keep note of their tent.

we were numbered seating in the back section, Block D (to the right), and 3rd row from the front.

the two rows in front of us were VIPs (i mean BigBang fans) and the row behind us were VIPs too. when it looked like the concert was about to start, i asked the people in front of me nicely not to swing anything to block our view during TT perf, and also to bear with our fangirling. they looked confused but otherwise nice about it, i guess they didnt grasp yet how much of a fan we are XD

When it came time for Teentop's performance, we reallyyyyy let it out XD hahaha the girls in front of us were caught by surprise actually leaned forward and closed their ears immediately! haha so now they know how much of a fan we really are. seriously couldnt help ourselves, start screaming and bouncing, and jumping wildly, with our huge placards in the air. it didnt matter that around us was VIPs, we were having the time of our lives XD i checked with the people behind us, but they were fine with our antics, just smiled and told us to carry on (THANKS SO MUCH WE LOVE YOU), so we continued on hahaha

apparently, all the way behind us all of block D can see what we were doing hahaha, (as one person kindly told me after the concert), and some lady with her children was annoyed and complained and thats why the security came over, told us to sit down. yeah, we sat for like a milisecond, and the moment he was gone, we're back to bouncing like god knows what.

of course we never forget fanchants!! hahaha been practicing everyday in the car, lmao~ we screamed our lungs out. we didnt know how many songs they would get, and so we were prepared to see NMPOY, Supa Luv and Clap only, but then after NMPOY came Brushing instead, and we went wilddddd hahaha. i lovveeeeee this song!!! Niel always looks so awesome and his hair is tied ^^ i am forever the pony-tail-niel lover!!

after that was the introduction. CAP said malaysia was hot and so were the fans, hahaha. Ljoe said they would love to come malaysia again. i so do wish you would come again!! we love you! thanks to the MCs who asked the crowd if they wanted to see teentop again, because (i love you malaysian fans!) the crowds yelled a loud YES! teentop must feel so welcomed ^^

after that we started yelling supa luv! supa luv! supa luv!, but instead they did clap first. and omg they did the INTRO too!! hahaha we were rolling around in happiness by then lmaooo i love watching them here, especially baby ricky looks so good ^^ followed by clap, and i must admit, i dont favor the fanchant for clap, but at the end of first chorus 'teentop baksu!!' right between niel's 'clap mad.......man' hahaha that was fun!

and then we started yelling again supa luv! supa luv! but they continued with Angel!!! omg so surprised i thought never in the world would i ever get to hear them perform this hahaha. most of the time niel sang and he faced generally in my direction. okay my placard is huge and bright, he must be blind not to see it right? every once in awhile he did look my way, but he never did anything....hmmm i wonder why. he did however wave here and there to other areas =.= and at one point in the song he actually walked off to the left and waved that way. hahahaha okay im not super proud of this moment, but we were like super high that time, and yelling unconsciously, so immediately escaped my lips "yah! niel ah!!! oedi e ka?!! wae geure??!!!" hahaha i dunno, i was annoyed he never waved my way =.= boo niel boo why you do this to me?

and my friend beside me was holding an official teentop balloon and ricky spotted it WoW. i mean my placard is like 5x the size of the balloon, obviously can be seen from stage, niel is not blind rite?? =.= hahaha

we as always chanted supa luv! supa luv! supa luv! and Ljoe(?) said 'as u said it, supa luv' XD or something to that extent, i wasnt really paying attention to the others, but basically the meaning is there ^^ they performed the remix version (the one during their last week promotions)

im pretty sure halfway thru TT perf, my voice was leaving me. but we never missed out on all the fanchants ^^ i love supa luv and NMPOY fanchants, and Brushing fanchants sound super loud cos the music is slow. hahaha i hope they heard it ^^

after TT perf is 4 minute, i sat down quietly cos have a headache from all the superior shouting. followed only a bit of the fanchants. they are so pretty, i was picking out which part of their wardrobe i wanna copy (yes my brain works in mysterious ways).

after that was UKISS perf. we were screaming fanchants again wootssss~
it was during the 2nd song i think when my friend from the rockzone msg me saying she saw teentop is packing to leave!!! i became disoriented, because we planned to watch the rest of the show first, or at least get to see GD TOP first before we leave to stalk airport, this was too early!!
when my friend msg that they were definitely packing, we got up and apologized to everyone there and left to the side near the back stage.
this was the tricky part, since we cant actually stay there without calling attention to the guards, but we really didnt wanna miss them leaving, so we were lying thru our teeth and dodging any potential threats. it totally didnt help that some fans saw us there and approached the area and started yelling when they saw FTI and UKISS going into their vans. ughhh the security came and started ordering ppl away again. i'm not gonna be shoo-ed off because of them, so we maintained distance until coast was clear again.

it took a pretty long time cos the front is the luggage truck where they load everyone's bags. it was blocking the other vans, but as soon as the luggage truck was out of the way, the vans could start moving out of the barricades.
saw TT get into their van quietly. they had the lights on inside the van so we can see inside. ricky sat at the back on the left window, or maybe it was changjo?? basically these 2 next to window on the left at the back. i know amongst them all, the most front was chunji (right) and niel (left). only the top media staff woman was sitting in front of them behind the driver, but before she got in the van, can see chunji pulled back his seat so he can lie back and sleep. they turned off the lights then.

the cars started moving, behind the luggage truck was a black van (i heard it was hongki?) and FTI van (why would they b in separate vans? but i cant confirm this cos i was not watching them load), and then 4minute van, followed by TT and UKISS. the truck circled around the area to the back left gate, but was stopped there, so all the vans lined up behind it. we ran to the portable toilets, and luckily, TT van stopped right in front of where we were standing. it was around 10m away? anyways it was pretty dark. me n my sis were jumping excitedly (how do u imagine this?^^) and held up our placards, but dunno if they can see. my sis turned on her phone flashlight and held it against her placard chanhee. since we only see the left side of the van, so can only see niel, ricky, changjo facing outside. i cant tell if they were looking at the concert or at us. my sis was hoping niel would inform chanhee of this bouncing fan outside, but apparently he didnt (haha yea, i dun think niel is the type), and so niel just continued to stare blindly ahead. im like bouncing so much my teeth were shattering, wth is this boy doing to me?? haha
my sis told me to flip my board, show teentop, and she pointed her flashlight at it, and immediately (to our relief and pleasure), the boys began waving at us. bouncing 2x faster now~

there werent many ppl there. actually i only see 3 other girls there and i dunno who they were there for since they carried no placards. so me n my sis were pretty darn obvious with our huge TT placards and unwavering love pouring towards the boys~ hahaha, i kinda hope they would remember us that way.
anyways we stayed til they left, and they waved til the very end (darling boys i love you!!) and then *zoooooooooooooooom* run off to car. yes, the car was like 400-500meters away, and not to mention UPHILL. crappp that was the hardest race i've ever been in!! my legs were burning, and my throat felt like daggers, but i pushed on til i reached the car, and we sped away. the ppl and security outside the concert venue were staring at us like we were crazy. yeah, but its not their life line was heading away towards the airport and out of our lives without a last goodbye.

we got lost around cheras area (AMAZING!! BAKSU BAKSU!!) and then finally found the highway and speed all the way. and to our utter disbelief THANK YOU LORD although there were tons of fans, and the vans were parked, no one has left their vans yet!!!

we went in search of TT van, and i saw the pretty top media staff from the front window. I found it!! and so excited i actually moved forward all the way to their door! haha the security popped out immediately from no where and told me to move back. lmao~ there were a few girls (not many) in front of the van, and they looked pissed that i was suddenly in front of them. they glared at me =.= mianhe. and so my sis stayed back behind them. then 4minute was brought by the idol circle (made by the guards. please refer to part 1 for explanation), and some fans followed but otherwise not many ppl knew of TT's van. some people i overheard thought TT hasnt arrived. and then FTI arrived and lo and behold the girls behind me squealed and left. i rolled my eyes and mentioned my sis over in front. the curtains dont close everything and can see ricky and changjo through the cracks, at the back seat. they waved at us. i wonder if they knew we are the same ppl from the stadium before haha. its the same placard. *staring at rickyyyyy......*
anyways, the front curtain was closed tight. i wonder if its cos chunji just woke up. its about half an hour to the stadium to the airport, i guess he had some sleep. i wanted a peek of niel, but its not possible so i waited.

after 4minute was TT's turn. the idol circle prepared in front of the van door, pushing us further aside. niel came out first, and he started coughing. i know i know niel has been sick for a long while d. its more of a 'im-getting-better-sort-of-but-never-truly-recover-since-i-dont-get-enough-rest' cough. not like he was getting worse. i think ppl who didnt know abt his cough from earlier thought he was only recently sick =.= alright, people listen up! malaysia didnt make niel baby sick okay~

he looked and waved to the niel placards or who ever called out to him, but he didnt look my way!!! i was like OH NO U DONT BB U CANT GO WITHOUT SAYING GOODBYE!
so i ran circled around the idol circle and when in front i managed to get him to see me, he smiled and waved, and i managed a split second smile before i nearly ran into the door =.=
in the oval revolving doors, the top media staff's shoes got stuck and they stopped (which made me lag further behind cos my side was stuck), and by the time i reached the other side, there were alot of fans stationed on this side of the circle.
jump, duck, spin, run somemore, avoid flying hands and placards.....yes, it was a mad dash but i just couldnt overcome the wall of fans standing in my way.
end up i was behind the idol circle again. staring at minsoo's tattoo, and changjo's neck. ahhhh replay of the seen during the arrival =.= annoyed. niel getting further and further in front.
my sis was recording, calling out to each member to get them to say hi to her cam. last was cap so she found me there then at the back of the circle, and my friend was there suddenly too, and we 3 started calling out cap CAP CAP!! LEADER CAP! to no avail, so tried bangminsoo BANGMINSOO BANGMINSOOOOO hahah i tell u 3 voices calling out one after the other is pretty amazing. haha cap laughed, didnt turn but lift his hand to acknowledge us. but chunji did turn and laughed!
and we didnt know this at the time, but later saw fancams, showed that changjo also turned to laugh at this. and niel didnt turn but he found it amusing, told ricky abt it and ricky turned to laugh too ^^

we started calling rickyyy rickkyyyaaaa rickkkyyy!!! neomu kwiopda!!! and he actually slowed down for us hahaha. he is such a darling!!!

I'm such a lazy writer haha. most of my time is spent doing other projects like dancing, sewing, making gifts and decors. T.T but i guess i owe it to myself to write this FA so i can remember Teentop in Malaysia forever ^^

Anyways, before we get started, this FA is not only on TT, but basically my weekend as a whole =p so bear with the useless facts hahaha.

we basically finished TT-NMPOY dance cover. its not really perfect imho, but we were rushing before sandy has to go back study in UK, so we made the recording date earlier than planned. we also recorded alot of behind-the-scenes footage and took stupid pictures in our TT costumes. i edited all the footage plus our NGs into a video, and burned it into DVD to give the boys.

couldnt sleep, too excited knowing TT coming to Malaysia tomorrow. i stayed up finishing my NIEL placard, which also has Teentop on the other side. yeah, its pretty big.

too excited when ppl started tweeting pictures of their departure in the morning. niel in black and carrying a red backpack (mentally memorizing the clothes so i can spot him quickly)

decided to go to airport early. sat around McD while finishing off our TT gift. i put in our signature paper (we did the first one during supa luv dance cover, and i decided to make it our custom to have a signed paper every TT cover).

5pm
by the time they were supposed to come out, there were tons and tons of ppl at the gate. well, since 4minute and FTisland was supposed to arrive with them, i guess there's ntg we can do. i stood next to the escalator opening, first in line. i wanted a clear opportunity to give the gift. i dont carry camera along, because i am always too pre-occupied to take a fancam. T.T sorry.

anyways 4minute came out first, then FTI. i was hoping their fans would run with them, but the guards were sending each group one by one, so the fans ran back and re-joined the crowd, and so the full effect of everyone there was landed on our pretty boys' shoulders T.T

i saw Ljoe's hair first (who doesnt?) coming up the escalator. we started bouncing around excited. it was a crazy feeling knowing they are FINALLY HERE! held up my NIEL placard and hold gift in other hand. i was basically prepared to give the gift to any member available, but chunji and ljoe are not my choice to give it to, (i feel chunji wont be as open to accepting gifts < correct me if im wrong, just my opinion. and ljoe, well ljoe i cant always tell if he's paying attention or not ^^ hahaha) too dangerous to rely on them. i knew ricky was likely to come out earlier rather than later, and would take the gift so i thought let me try ricky and just go with the flow. i dunno y i never thought of giving to niel. i never followed other FA so i dunno how well he receives gifts, and i know i will become totally speechless when i see him.

chunji and ricky reached first, and immediately called out 'ricky-yaaaa' and he looked my way, and i handed him the gift. did a little dance of victory and then focused on finding Niel.

Niel came out the back of the group with changjo and cap (basically these 3 just changed positions amongst themselves throughout the ordeal).
Niel saw me FIRST!! XD well if he didnt see my placard he must be blind, omg its so bright. he smiled and waved and i nearly died of happiness.

it didnt register at the time, but i did see he was on edge and immediately began moving like he was avoiding the crowd (i dun mean this in a bad way. just that he attempts protection by hanging on to cap. unlike chunji was trudges forward like nobody's business and ljoe who walks like he owns the place XD).
it was sooo difficult to walk next to Niel since he keeps changing place T.T after some point, he was in front of both changjo and cap d.
at first i was behind the idol circle (a circle made by the security guards surrounding the boys). and im looking right at the back of cap and changjo's neck.
my friend "Z" this is her first time stalking and she was over excited tapping each of the boys' shoulders.
this is just my opinion, I never ever touch who i am stalking. i feel it is rude and scary to be touched if it were me =.= and so i come close, and look only.
so i was kinda annoyed at the hands coming from every direction and touching the boys and asking for handshakes (or forcing them). even more funny is that one of them is Z and non-stop tapping their shoulders, especially her fav Ljoe, who (poor him) kept turning around thinking someone called him.
at one point Z saw i was right at changjo's back, and she said 'hey dayana, go touch changjo!' i was like 'whaaaaaaaaaaaaaattttt?' =.= no, i didnt of course.
i found my other friend and she called out to cap 'bangminsoo' and because my voice was being all funny i made a pretty weird draggy version 'bangminsoooooooo' and i myself had to laugh at how ridiculous it sounded.
i saw a girl in front called out to niel and he looked and she held up her hand, said 'hi5!' and for a while he appeared confused and he did a hesitant hi5 LMAO.
he did this pretty much throughout the entire walk to the car (its abt 100-200meters to the car), smiling, but appearing to be alarmed at the amount ppl. at one point, it was so crowded, the idol circle couldnt move. somehow chunji started laughing, god knows why 0.0 and the other members laughed too. as the idol circle moved forward i guess niel relaxed more eventually.
i couldnt follow niel, who kept changing places, so i circled around behind the circle and end up on the right side (where there was less ppl). at this point chunji in front with ricky sticking behind him. ljoe walking on the right, niel on the left slightly behind him, and changjo cap behind.
my friend saw opportunity, called ljoe, 'hey ljoe have u seen our dance cover?' i was right next to him and i wanted to cover my face suddenly feel embarrased. i dunno what he replied, cos of all the commotion.
then a girl in front of me fell, and since i was moving forward i nearly went down with her. ljoe turned to look concern. i had a feeling it was the stupid guards who pushed her down, so (I AM SO SORRY FOR THIS PART) i jumped past her and continued walking. we reached the oval doors where the guards managed to block most fans from walking beside the circle, but i managed to squeeze past since ljoe has so much free space =.=
and when i reached the other side i was so tired of being pushed around by the other fans and guards that i yelled out 'OMG who la push me just now you wanna die??' Ljoe turned to me wide eyed and i looked at him mortified that he could understand that =.= awesome.

im not lying when i say i really am right next to Ljoe. i dun have fancam, cos i dun carry around a camera, but i found this:

once we got near the van, fans stopped moving and somehow i was shuffled around alot. at one point i was pretty close to Niel without realizing it, cos i was dying of being pushed around.

they got packed into their van and the doors were shut, curtains closed, but there were cracks and ppl continued badgering the van, so they moved out straight away.

by this point so tired and hungry, we decided to get some food first and then head out to hotel.

in my mind, i was wondering if ricky was looking at the pics on that cd cover. its pretty hilarious. i hope he showed the other members. that would be awesome!

7pm
went to the hotel toilet to freshen up, and wait for them at the lobby. didnt seem like they were coming soon, since ricky tweeted abt being at rehearsal. we heard that FTI was having dinner upstairs so we went up to have dinner.
FTI obviously knew we were there, and pulled a partition to close off where they were sitting but one of the members continued leaning outwards and staring at our group. (im sorry if this part of my story becomes vague since i dun follow FTI and dont know their members except Jaejin who my sis likes). we let the actual FTI fans sit facing the boys and i faced opposite way, so i didnt see for myself everything that happened then, but they said FTI boys were acting funny and continuously stole glances at our table. i know for sure the last part when they got up to leave. they walked past our table so slowly =.= and our whole table (with 11people) became so quiet, everyone pretending not to be a fan, not stalkers, but also cannot breathe or look at them when they were walking past our table. and lastly Jaejin walked past a say 'Hiiiiiii' and suddenly there was a chorus of His and Byes erupting from our table. lol the FTI boys had the decency to look totally composed while they walked away, but another friend who walked past them further down the hall saw them laughing their heads off. yes, i must admit it did sound pretty ridiculous hahahaha.

i became fidgety cos i know by now TT must be coming back. and i really really really didnt want to miss them. my baby NIEL!!! the table of friends didnt want to leave because one of them was media and called down one of the MC (DJYoung) for an interview. i said, okay thats great but i still want to go down. so only 4 of us went down, and JUST IN TIME.
i just barely sat down on the lobby couch when i heard commotion coming up the escalator. apparently all the fans were forced downstairs, and so we were the only ones at the lobby. i jumped up when i saw Niel and his cute pony tail and began pacing like a madman "what do i do? what do i do?"
oh the moment was here, and i could only manage a small Hi when they walked past. the security looked furious at us being there. Ricky was unsure and bowed and waved at us. He looked straight at me and i was wondering if he remembered me for giving the gift earlier. my eyes skipped over to niel and he was staring at me also, waving hello. he was not smiling, rather looking speculative. i wonder what thats abt? i prayed i looked fine =.= but i was dying looking at the pony tail ahhahaah.
just when they were abt to pass us, my sis called out 'chanhee ahhh' and he immediately looked, bowed and waved as he walked pass.
we later discussed that maybe teentop was not sure we were fans or not, since they seemed unsure to greet us. but after the 'chanhee ah' can see their faces were like 'oh rite, knows chunji name, definitely fans.'
uhuksss dying thinking of niel's look. when he looked at me, i seriously cannot breathe, no there was not a chance i could call out his name, feeling as starstruck as i was T.T hahahah

anyways, the rest of the night was hanging out with DJYoung and recorded a video for UKISS kevin and dongho using DJYoung's phone lmao, but i think this is someone else's fanaccount to share, since my only contribution is 'kevin i love you' 0.0 lmao, i couldnt think of what to say really ^^

people sometimes ask me, how do u do it? how do u deal with everything? any tips on how to make a cover group succeed? i'm not saying that epsilon is all that successful, but we have succeeded in our own way. we have survived for more than a year, and we still going strong as a group. i just want to write about this, as my experience, being leader in my cover group.

it was about 2 years ago, around this time, i had just gotten better from 4 months sick in hospital, and finally i can walk again. and the only thing i can think about is....i need to dance~ and i want to dance with my very own cover dance group!

over the span of 2 years, i have worked with many people, accepting many new dancers in my life and trying to create the perfect group, a group i can work well with, a group that works. i have gone through many different situations, and met with many other groups who have gone through it too. i feel, we all share the same experience, and learned many lessons that ought to be of help for others. the number one key in any functioning group is COMMUNICATION. everyone must understand what every other person is going through. if not, the group dynamic will not exist.

as the leader, i will explain this in the eyes of a leader of the group.

in the beginning, it will always start with looking for members. like many others have experienced, its not easy looking for people to dance with u. and likely when u ask them, they all will depend on u to become leader. the thing is, becoming leader meant alot of responsibilities. i have heard from many new groups, and the hardships that the leaders have to go through, and so many of them complain the same thing. and like many people, i, too, first balked at the thought of all the responsibilities that was expected of me. i didnt want to become leader, i just want to be dancer. but the truth is, there will never be a group if it is without a leader. someone just has to do it.

as a leader, one is expected to teach the other members. it was never established that the leader has to be the best dancer, but leader will always be responsible for every members dance step, dance mistake, and overall performance of the group. the other members will rely on the leader to make sure this happens, because that is the leader's responsibility. but when a leader is so busy teaching and fixing and motivating the other members, then who is teaching, fixing and motivating the leader?

as a leader, one is expected to arrange other members well being. if they cant come, the leader must find solution for transport. if there is clash in schedule, the leader must arrange time for practice for everyone to work together, or separately if needed. the leader must make sure the members are fine with the schedule, that it does not make anyone feel like the schedule is taking too much part of their lives, allow them to still live normally (go out for movies, family gatherings etc.) if the members cant get costumes, the leader must work out their costumes, make sure everyone gets everything in time.yes, sometimes it feels like a burden for members to sacrifice their free time and money. so the leader must sacrifice own time and money to make up for every members needs. the leader is expected to give the other members as much free time as possible in the expense of the leader's own time. the leader must make sure the members are happy, and can deal with the practice schedule. if their is problem with costumes, the leader must also help arrange how to get theirs costumes for them. who, then, is responsible for the leaders time, money, costumes, if not themselves?

as a leader, one is expected to prepare all needed material for practice. music? laptop? space? yes, no one says this is the leader's responsibility, but is it anybody else's? and who do u look for, when things are needed? yes, the leader must be responsible to make sure all things needed is present too. when the leader tells other members to remember to bring things, if they still forget it, learn to cut them some slack. but remember also, for every event, every practice, if anything is missing, it is the leader's fault for not preparing, it is the leader's fault for not reminding others.

as a leader, one is expected to make sure the group works well together. members have to be friendly, they must build rapport. the group will never work if there are petty fights and disagreements all the time. and when a member leaves, it is the leaders responsibility to find a new member, and make sure they get along fine and can work well together. if the group crumbles due to poor communication, it will be the leader's responsibility to fix it.

as a leader, one is expected to do anything and everything for the group's image. the leader must promote the group even if it is embarrassing. the leader must be aware of all contests and events and prepare the group for it. any problems or things that need to be settled, must be done by the leader to make sure they get to enter the event, prepared for the event, go to the event on the day, prepare props needed for the event,etc. others may help in this process, but otherwise leaders must be on top of all that is going on at all times, and make sure all the other members are up to date too.

this is not always the scenario. in some cases, there may be other members who can take over some of the responsibilities according to their capabilities. but like i said, if there is no one else to do it, the leader must assume its their own responsibility.

it may seem like alot to swallow. many leaders have faltered under the weight of this pressure, and i wont lie, i did before too. the truth is, there is only one very simple easy answer to all these troubles. for a cover dance group to succeed, the leader must JUST DO IT. no, there is no one going to pay u for ur troubles. no, there is no one going to help and take over being the leader for you. YOU want your group to succeed, then swallow ur pride and ur anger and ur frustration, and JUST DO IT. over time, your members will eventually begin to see all the troubles you went through for them, and appreciate you for it. i have said this over and over again to every group leader that asked me for help on how to control their members. YOU CANT. they are willing to dance for you, so be grateful, because no matter how you complain, it will still be up to you to make ur group happen.

this is not to belittle other members. they make the effort to come to practice. they commit to the group. its their blood, sweat and tears out there too. they gave their time and their money to be there. and therefore they have every right to be a part of the group, and their existence is just as important as the leader. without members, there is no group. so leaders must learn to appreciate ur members, learn to cut them slack. they may not understand what u do for them, and its no one's fault, but yours. learn to communicate ur hardships to them, so they can accommodate more easily to ur demands. but the no.1 advice i can give, is just do it. this is what it takes to be called a leader. this is what it takes to make things happen. there is no one else to uphold that responsibility but you. u want this to happen, u make it happen. believe in the better beings inside each of ur members, believe they will come to respect u for ur efforts too.i hope someday it happens for all aspiring groups out there.

for one, this is my blog and people are confusing it with an Epsilon update blog since i always update abt Epsilon here. but i guess that cant be helped, since Epsilon has practically been my life for the past few months hahaha.

and secondly, there has been alot of problems with the facebook fanpage. people have trouble entering the site, and I dunno how to fix the problem, and therefore i choose to move the updates to a separate site instead. i couldve made just a normal blog, or a small site.... but I saw the free site and sitebuilder and got greedy hahaha!! oh well it turned out okay haha~ lets just see if i can maintain it~ ^^

My favorite SHINee member is the maknae Taemin. Why? Because he is the reason I love SHINee in the first place. He is the best dancer. He is sooooo adorable. And I think the best looking one, irregardless of his hair style or color (LMAO). Nobody can ever compare to what Taemin is for me, and therefore he is my number one ^^

Epsilon does a cover of Bingeul2 by U-KISS. This dance cover project is a present from Epsilon to U-KISS, given as a 1 month anniversary gift since the U-KISS fanmeet in Malaysia on 19th June.

We understand its not perfect. There was not enough time to coordinate 7 busy schedules. Hopefully, next time we will do better.

[100710] Brian Joo 1st Fanmeet in Malaysia (fanaccount)

Today, 10th July 2010, Sandra and I went to Brian Joo's first fanmeet in Malaysia! We are so dead broke from so many other activities this year, that we needed free tickets, so we joined 8tv Nite Live's competition. And Sandra won 2 free (normal) tickets!! The contest was to pose like Brian's (in my head) cover photo.

We planned on lining up early since we were free standing zone, ended up coming TOO EARLY~! XD the place wasnt even open yet, the chairs have yet to be placed and all the equipment and merchandise were only just being sent over that morning.

We entered the building later on, past noon, and got our tickets and merchandise. Sandra's merchandise bag included an autographed poster!!

Also they were selling autographed album for normal price inside the venue! Got mine~!

The fanmeet was pretty well organized, albeit the not-so-suitable venue. There was hardly any pushing, we got in nicely, everything went on smoothly. Saw alot of friends and acquaintances! We met Kpopped's Liz and Orchid there. GDE staff: Chloe and Mikki. And of course familiar faces from the media. Old friends, new friends, it was a happening place to be! ^^

This is what it looks like in The Opera before the fanmeet start. We are on the second floor. Actually when they first opened the doors to 'normal tickets' (aka non-VIP) they said we were to stand behind all the VIP...which was ridiculous because we couldnt see anything. We argued that the layout did show R and L sides, so we were allowed access to upstairs balcony.

A funny thing happened. The upstairs crew were informed that VVIP were to have a celebration party with Brian on the upper deck, and were to be served free drinks. They didnt know that we werent up there as VVIP and started serving us the drinks instead. Yea, we gladly take free drinks hehe =))

The fanmeet started, MC was the 8tv Nite Live host. The show was fantastic! I've never heard Brian sing live before, and was in awe at his ability to perform perfectly, dancing while singing at the same time. I super love his voice!! Very nice quality to it~!

The show went on smoothly. Brian interacted with fans. and also they had a games section.

The girls are randomly picked from all the names in the box. The 4 lucky girls stood on stage and get to select a paper with an instruction in it.

the fourth girl said hers was not enough the first time round, and Brian actually went down on the floor with his aegyo!! its was super funny~!!!

And then the winner of the poster designing competition went on stage. she got a hug from Brian and also he presented her the poster, fully autographed with a message. So sweet ^^

The VIP were given a group photo (1o persons per group) with Brian. I saw some people ask for hugs from Brian too~! hahaha well take the opportunity when you can. =)))

Then the VVIP were escorted up to continue upstairs with the celebration party with Brian. They get free food, drinks and picture with Brian (i'm not sure how many person per picture because I was not there =p).

Here's where we got lucky. The MC said 8tv winners were to go up and get a photo with Brian too! They didnt specify whether just the 5 top winners get it, or all winners are allowed. So me and Sandra just stayed back and hoped for the best ^^ While waiting, we hang out with Liz and Orchid, XD they were so friendly~!

Then Brian came up for the photos with 8tv winners first, before VVIP. They let him sit in the middle and allow 4fans in one picture at a time. So 2 person on each side. I joked with Sandra, since we were at the back of the line, wouldnt it be funny if we were left just the two of us?

AND AMAZINGLY IT HAPPENED! There was an odd number, and the previous 4 ended in front of me, so it was just left me and Sandy!! So we got to be just the left and side of him. Still waiting to see it! Cant wait for it to be released!!

We left the place all light headed and giddy LMAO! well what do u expect? we came for a show, on a free ticket, expecting to be far back, with bad view and leave shortly after finish.
But what we got: seats up on 2nd floor, free drinks, picture with Brian, and also hugs, and Brian remembers my twitter placard!! SUPER EPIC DAY~!!!!! Can life get more lucky than this??

Today, me, sandra and serena went to KLIA to greet the arrival of another Korean artist in Malaysia: Brian Joo!!! I thought to do something funny, since he's on twitter, so here's my placard:We were debating whether to put Malaysia on it, like tweet abt Malaysia, but there was not enough space, so I settled with this. Pls memorize how this looks cos later I will be refering to this pic. ^^

This is us 3 waiting at the arrival hall. Quite a few came to greet Brian. I'd say around 30?? Cant be sure. I lost count when ppl started overlapping at the barricades.

It wasnt like a crazy scream fest tho, unlike other Korean artists. So we get to say out 'BRIAN!' nicely. Actually he came out silently, two girls were holding vid cams in front of him, taking in the sight. We didnt realize at first, and everyone was silent, all placards folded, so it was an awkward few seconds. then suddenly, everyone flipped over their placards and started screaming. hahaha i saw him caught sight of our big and catchy placards and he looked and pointed at mine!!! Nice =)))

We followed him out, and then to the car. Here's my video:

If you hear around 0:05, there is a crushing noise, and everyone sort of stopped...That was cos of the sudden jam of people at the gate. My right hand was holding the camera, left holding placard. I was too focused on my vid that I didnt realize my placard was amidst the crushing action!!! OMG i pulled it up to see the 'ABOUT' and 'twitter bird' have fallen off!! Lol so it was 'Brian Joo- Tweet US!'
hahhaaha I dont care! it still made sense, so i held it up in front of his car. We saw them inside the car, taking pic and vids of our placards. super cool~! i really hoped he would tweet abt it.

We met some Kpop-related frens (whist bassist gang haha! from our Suju sleepover in front of stadium days). They wanted to stalk Brian to the hotel, so we joined them. They left first, and we ran towards our car. Serena couldnt follow us then, due to other activities, so just me and Sandra.
We drove super fast and couldnt catch up, wondering how fast they were actually going, but our frens told us they were at Renaissance hotel, so we caught up to them there.

Nothing we could do then but wait for him to go out to eat, so we parked at VALET parking!! (RM20 per car @.@) cos their cars were parked there and we needed to see if they go. We sat there abt an hour? just redoing our placards.... I re-fashioned my twitter placard into this:
Hahahaha added our names there so he can make sense of the earlier 'Tweet Us!' 'Tweet to who?' so 'tweet @dayslaelia and @suwensan!!' We dun care if he really tweeted us, but we thought this super funny so i made it anyway. Its just paper, and fold-able, so its real easy to bring along.

Super crazy ride towards the restaurant...the securstar really handle those cars well. we swerved and missed cars by inches!!! i think they were testing to see if they could lose us haha!!
and well well well... u wouldnt believe our shock!! He ate here:
Bak Kut Teh?!!! hahahaha, we entered the restaurant too. Super lucky cos the restaurant guy let us park right in front of the place!!! Also we were starving so took the opportunity to eat too~~

There was only 6 of us there at the restaurant. Hope we didnt look suspicious. The waiter saw us giggling and pointing at Brian's table when we entered, so he asked us 'You wanna go in? Are you friends with them?' We were like 'nooooooooooooo. we'll sit out here hehehe.'

You can see them inside the VIP room. We sat outside with direct view of them. the most right side with fedora (grey) is Brian. He used this time to capture vid and v-log abt it on twitter: http://twitvid.com/BNHFT

Funny thing happened here, the only way to the toilet was through the VIP room. and one of us really had to pee, but we were all too shy to pass through.....after some time, she couldnt hold it in any longer, so the two of them decided to brave it. They were too embarassed so they just RAN through the room. We could see Brian's group were laughing at them. Soooo funny!!

And when they wanted to pass to get back, again, heads down... run straight through... hahaha we were laughing our heads off at our table.

We waited til it was time for them to leave. The security guards already noticed us from long ago (i mean they recognized us from previous stalking attempts a.k.a U-KISS, Beast XD), so i knew they wudn't let us come up to Brian for handshake, and probably wont have time to read our placards!
Me and Sandra improvised our plan. Get up, and stand next to car door and pass him the 'twitter' placard. I folded it and held it anxiously as we saw the security maneuver Brian away from our 'fans' table. He headed straight for the car, only 1 security in front of me, so i stepped up when I saw Brian wave and smiled my way. 'Brian, this is for you.' handed him the paper. He took it. 'Thank you.' and into the car. He sat down there and read it.... this is when we started hyperventilating and making weird fan-girl sounds.... the unnies there turned to stare at us and we laughed.

We were super happy cos he actually took it and read it, that we smiled like idiots standing there and waving him good-bye.

I must be super star struck cos i happily walked towards the car..... and walked past it.... all the way down the empty street... all the way, talking to sandra, thinking she's behind me. *look around* 'hey, sandy, where's the car?'
i turn around, no one there. turn again.... i dont see sandy's car....
the guy who works at the restaurant beckons to me 'oiiii ur car here laaaa' *points to infront restaurant*
'oh!' *i quickly run back, and got into the car, while listening to sandra laugh her head off....*

hehehe that was our very productive stalking day of Brian Joo in Malaysia. Tomorrow is his show at Sunway!! cannot wait!!

[FanAccount] (3) U-KISS Fanmeet in Malaysia 190610 part 2

Huhu well the fanmeet went on smoothly. all the normal details that everyone saw I guess can be read from other fanaccounts. I am just here to blog about my personal experiences, sorry, so I'm just gonna cut this short and get to the interesting parts.

Well when all the performances were done, it was time for signing. Now everyone has their own signing experience, so I wont bother u with mine, but I must say about Kibeom. He remembered me from the game earlier (or maybe from the hug), and he smiled this realllllyyyyy cute smile at me, almost like shyly. I smiled at him and thanked him for the hug (rather brazenly) and he was stuttering (awww...) and looked like almost blushing. Haha the poor boy! I held out his present and he took it and shook my hand. Not really shake it, more like just held there haha. He was staring into my eyes the whole time and he said 'kamsahamnidaaaaaa' it was dragged out and in such a small voice. Hahah i wonder if he was more embarrassed abt it, than i was. But it was really sweet of him. More reason to like Kibeom hahah~!

Okay skip skip skip, after VIP all done with the signing, top 20 get to go on stage for the group picture. I thought all 20 go on together, but apparently we are broken down into smaller groups so we can stand closer with the boys. During this time, I was sad becos I didnt get to play game with Kevin (or hug him... altho I spoke with him more than Kibeom), and also during the signing, i didnt get to stay and talk to Kevin. Remember I am very kevin biased =.=
So we were 2nd batch, and I was in front, I ran straight towards kevin. he held up both hands waving and said hi to me. I placed both palms on to his and said "Kevin, I want to take picture next to you."
He laughed at my enthusiasm and said OK. I wasnt sure wher to stand but the security just turned me around and left me there with Kevin. I pumped both fists in the air and yelled 'yessss!!" and I could hear Kevin beside me imitating my 'yesss!' hahahaah~! soooo cute!!
He placed both hands on my shoulder ^^ which paralyzed me from any form of pose, but then lifted one hand to do peace sign, so i copied him on opposite side.
Hahah he is sooo skinny beside me. T.T wat can a girl do?
After the picture was taken, the guard said 'Ok done, go go!" I panicked. this was my last chance!!! I needed to get a hug from Kevin. With panic in my face, I turned around and said 'HUG!!!" ........yes, i didnt even get to form a request, or question, all I said was "HUG!"
He laughed again and said "Sure, ok".
okay, u must realize a lot of time has gone by, and I have seen previous 2 hugs given by Kevin. He tends to keep his body away, and his arms circle wide around u, then let go. I didnt want this kind of hug and was determined to get more. LoL So I reached to hugged him tight, but I could feel his body position was just as I feared!! I couldnt stop myself, my disappointment made me squeeze him in response, and when I backed off, I didnt let my arms fall to the side, but rather still cling to his side.
But to my surprise, his hands went down my back too!!!! All the way down and landed on my waist. I was speechlesssssssssssss..... I seriously couldnt talk. I stared gaping at him smiling at me. OMG the power of this smiling angel...
Yes, this might feel like it lasted a lot longer but really it happened very fast. and the manager came and pulled me away. I was seriously floating by then, I didnt look back, I didnt remember to even look at Kibeom, I was just bouncing off in the direction they told me to. I was on cloud 9. Hug Kevin mission is a success!!!

The only problem is that both me n my sis went up for the pic together, and there was no fancam of us up there. She also got a hug from Dongho!! Argghhh I need fancams~!! I need to know this hug happened. Sob, I hope someday I might find the fancam or any picture of this hug. Please please please let me know if anyone sees one!!

Oh well, what else can I spazz abt?? Oh rite, at the end, after the other seats have gotten their CDs, GDE staff went on stage to take pic with U-KISS. Bingeul2 was playing in the background and Epsilon stood in a row, dancing to Bingeul2. Kevin noticed us!!! haha he looked amused then laughed and pointed. Got the picture~:
Later he poked Eli and told him too, and then Eli looked haha~!! Thats y they weren't focused on the camera at this moment hahahaha!!

But overall it was a great fanmeet and I made so many great memories there. Handshake all members. Get my signatures. Give all the presents. And I hugged not one, but two U-KISS members. and of cos one of them is my favorite Kevin.

Can the day really get any better than that??

So third day of U-KISS in Malaysia, finally the day of the fanmeet!! The day we have all been waiting for. After all the good luck at Sunway, I was wondering if we really could get luckier today =)

We started off the day at Mandarin Oriental, got to see Xander and Soohyun come down for breakfast. We didnt bother them or anything, just waved from a far. They are so nice to greet us =) We left for the plenary hall quite early, wanted to do the U-KISS dance project and help out My-Kissu teaching dance. Too bad the Convention Center security came and stopped us for 'creating noise'. We werent allowed to do public performances inside the building. Then it came time to go into the hall. We are the third line, top 20 seats. in front of us is VIP Invitation. OMG Mr.Kim of KTO sat in front of me.... LoL and I'm pretty sure he recognized Epsilon for being there.

The fanmeet started off smoothly, but instead of with a song as I expected, they straight away did the games first. There was talk of the games being a lucky draw seating number choosing, and the MC did mention it, but I dont care, I came prepared with my neon yellow "PICK ME" placard. The minute the MC said they might let the boys choose from the audience, my placard went straight up in the air. OMG, Kibeom saw me straight away and he laughed reading my placard. He was so amused, he picked me!!! I was running towards the stage, when I saw the next girl picked was Janics!! OMG, I cant believe we can be picked together?

I got up the stairs and saw Kevin, omg...this is when the problem started. please note first that I am a Kevin biased person. I cannot really see people when I look at him =.= I was supposed to follow Kibeom but I kept talking to Kevin. (pls, kibeom fans dont kill me) When i got on stage, standing next to these two, I realized they smelled reallyyyy nice haha! Then i turned to see Eli walking over, with Sandra??!!!.... I was like NO WAYYY! Can it be possible 3 friends get selected?? (later on, i found out 5 of us knew each other, out of 7 selected for 1st game, sooo lucky!)

The funny thing is Janics (Kevin picked) is Kibeom biased. And I (Kibeom picked) am Kevin biased. I soooo wanted to ask for a trade, but if i spoke, obviously Kevin would understand wat i was saying, so i felt it was kind of rude. so I kept quiet. Wahhh I feel so bad for this part now. Cos at the moment i did not realize how much I wasnt interacting with Kibeom. I spoke very little to him T.T and totally forgot to speak Japanese to him arghhh!!! He must feel like I didnt like him T.T i feel so bad!!

We played Cham cham cham. Its an old game. I totally suck at it. I tried against my other friends, and yes, I lose everytime. But it doesnt matter who won cos we all get a hug from our boy (thank you sooo much mr.MC for suggesting this!!)

What do I feel about hugging Kibeom? Hahaha for one, he is the perfect height. I was slightly on tip-toe and my face can bury in his shoulder. He smiled and opened his arms and i sorta bounced into them. Lol i hugged him so tight, and he hugged me back!! I was so shocked that i didnt let go straight away, and my leg lifted subconsciously off the ground (think Princess Diaries). I did notice my lips were on his shoulder, and i worried abt make-up on his white costume.

OMG Kibeom's body is reallyyyy nice. It did not feel skinny at all, and seemed to fit me nicely hehe. I practically leaned my whole length against him (so sry, pls dont kill me). I can hear the screams of protest from the crowd. When I let go, i was so disoriented, that I did not know wat to do.
this is when 2nd problem started. I looked around for wat I was supposed to do, then I asked Kevin (which is a mistake, since I am sooo Kevin biased). Kevin told me I was supposed to go down now and waved good bye. I watched fancams now and I noticed that Kibeom came to see what was wrong, and I never even noticed him there. @.@ i am sooo sry and I feel so bad now for having done that. Feel like crying~! Becos I so adore Kibeom now, I wish that part never happened.
Later on, Janics told me Kevin picked her becos of the huge lollipop she held. Since they both picked us for weird reasons, i think it would be better if we changed anyways? But I wouldnt have gotten to hug Kibeom, and yesss, that hug was sooo much more worth it~!!!

U-KISS fan meet flashmob project [TUTORIAL]

Okay, so as a favor for MyKissu (Malaysian U-KISS forum), we decided to make this video tutorial for the flashmob project planned for the UKISS fanmeet this coming 19th June.

The idea is to flashmob the chorus of ManManHaNi and Talk to Me. So we only did a short tutorial on the chorus part for both. Please watch~! Thank you. And Sorry for our randomness. We seem extremely biased somehow, but trust me, we love all of U-KISS hehee~! Cant wait!!!

How to get to Plenary Hall, KLCC (U-Kiss Fanmeet Malaysia 100619)

Date: 19th June, 2010
Location: Plenary Hall, KLCC Convention Center

Okay, for those of us who really really do not know our way around KL =.= here's a simple guide to the hall.

Take lrt or drive to KLCC. Parking rate sucks here, so I suggest you park somewhere with a per entry charge instead if you are planning to stay long.

The convention center building is actually separate from suria klcc. No worries, its a walkable distance.

One way to get there from inside suria is to head to concourse level (below ground), at center court, go past the Burger King and head right where you see this sign:

Follow the looooonnnnngggggg tunnel:
At the end of the tunnel, exit the door on the left (to parking lot):

Follow the walkway towards the convention center building:

Alternatively, you can walk outside (to the park), from the ground level and head right:
The convention center building looks like this:
Head in the door on the right, and walk down the hallway til you reach center (with the escalators):

Okay once your in the convention center, head up to level 1:
There are 10 doors to the plenary hall:
If you head left, to door 1-5 you see this:
Door 4-5 is up the escalator (I'm thinking this goes to the upper tier seats).
Door 1-3 are marked accordingly on the picture.
If you see the plan of the hall, the door closer to the stage is door 1 and furthest would be door 3.
I peeked in the hall from door 2. Looks like this. (sorry shaky camera, I was being sneaky...)
The front seat (line A) is......surprisingly close to the stage LMAO.... I'm thinking that's why GDE sold seats from line C onwards..

Annyeong~~ Hello everyone!!

U-kiss is coming to town!
Are you ready?!
We definitely are!!

Epsilon is planning a Ukiss Dance Project for the upcoming fanmeet!

Since there are only 5 of us and 7 of them, we are looking for more dancers specially for this project!!

The project - open performance before fanmeet, just outside the hall, to get things started~~ If we are super lucky, we would love to dance for Ukiss too~!

Requirements? All you need to do is be able to dance and live around KL (better yet, Serdang area) so you can show up for practice! Girl or Guy, doesnt matter. No money involved, and we wont really require costumes for this.

Korea Wave Contest [Post Mortem]

Hey guys, it seems I am always last to blog about something I'm involved in, heheh. I'm always dead right after so you know the day after wher to find me? In bed asleep of cos!! hehe XP

So KWC (korea wave contest) is finally over! It was a great event! Truly the best stage I've been on so far. For those who dunno, its a contest held for contestants to show their kpop fandom and talents! It was at KL Life Center from 2-4pm on 15th May, 2010.

Since I am the leader of Epsilon, this post is bound to be biased, no? hehe jk jk, i'll be non-judgmental ^^
Overall, i think everyone did awesome!! Really, truly alot of improvement! I know for audiences who dunno the contestants, can be kinda harsh when commenting, but thats understandable. Audience expects to be entertained, and they wanna see the best. But I know some contestants since other events, and some I met during auditions, and some I came to know during the finals, but I was truly blown away by how much effort each group, each individual has given for this competition.
There are contestants that are bound to shine, obviously becos they are more experienced. I mean, this competition has its share of professional dancers and instructors, and established dance crews. They did very well, and lived up to their reputation. The crowds and fans were not disappointed.

But I also want to give thumbs up to the newer, younger groups, who had the courage and will to stand up on stage to live the dream. You guys are young yet, and have tremendous potential and talent. I feel you guys can achieve so much more, and reach new heights. Hope to see you guys again someday =)

To the SWM, Triples and fans: thanks so much for coming and cheering for us, with the placards and balloons and pompoms. It was a wonderful feeling to go up on that stage and see you guys down there in red and black supporting us! The fanchanting was awesome~ when I heard the first 'Epsilon' i was smiling from ear to ear =))) thanks a million guys!!! you rock!!

And to Epsilon: I have been extraordinarily annoying and getting on everyone's nerves with my incessant complaining and pushing you guys to the extreme about this competition, I know. This is our first real stage. We never knew we'd come this far. Seriously, we are just 5 girls, joined by our love for SHINee. We are lucky to be here, and for KWC to happen here and now =P but.... as we say time and time again, it was never about the competition, it was not about the prize, it was only about making the perfect SHINee cover. *Applauds* Congratz you guys! I think we did it =)

I am not sure how much other teams have revealed, but I feel it unethical to release that information, without organizers consent, therefore I can only tell you that Epsilon is the 8th one to perform, scheduled around 3.10pm. But please come early to get great seats, with the other supporters and enjoy urself~!

We encourage you to bring along anything (props, etc.) and of course your enthusiasm!!

what i'm looking for

i feel so confused. and i'm so tired everyday with all the activities, its hard to distinguish whether i'm thinking straight or not.

i do not make a good leader. a good leader is someone who can bring a bunch of misfits, and create a miracle out of them. i wish i were good, but i'm not. i am not the kind of person people will listen to or take orders from. what good is a leader who cant lead??

its my fault anyways. when no one stepped up, i always feel obligated to. and i know it will come a day when they realize that i am not up to it anyways, so why do i do it? it feels so unfair. i am forced into this position everytime and i am made to feel useless.

i hate being leader. where i live, the leader is always the easiest person to blame when anything goes wrong. they push all responsibility on me, and accuse me if things dont turn out good. how many times have i seen history repeat itself?

when dealing with human interactions, we have to control what we say so that we can get along. but if there are problems, the leader has to step up and point it out. its the ugliest job. everyone else knows the problem but no one wants to point it out. in the end, i have to, and i am the one to be hated?? then i dont want to be leader, and i can stay and keep everyone liking me. =.=

i try to think positively. in the past, i realize i've always been too hasty in judging people and their intentions. i should wait. things will get better. i just have to let things go, dont take things to heart.

they want to accuse me, then what can i do? they want to hate me, then i have to live with that. if i want things to happen, i need to make that sacrifice. and maybe someday i cant take it anymore and i just leave the team. i'll just be hated more, and people wont remember me for what i did for the team, rather everything that i did wrong. they'll go on and replace me, all the while thinking i am the fool, for walking out, when in fact all i needed was a little appreciation and cooperation. if everyone believes i could not lead the team anyways, then why dont they be leader for a change, and i can happily sit on the sidelines, and question every decision you make for the team. see how that feels.

trust me, it feels horrible.

How to get to KL Life Center (Korea Wave Contest/R16 Finals)

For friends and family who want to come support during the Korea Wave Contest/R16 Finals on the 15th of May 2010, at KL Life Center but do not know the way there, here's an easy route from monorail Raja Chulan station (for those traveling by public transport).

This is the destination. KL Life Center.

You might remember a big TGI Friday's that used to be at this building. The right side of the building looks like this:

When you exit the monorail station, you will see this.

Head to the right towards the MBf building. (KL Life Center is right next to this building)

You will realize that across the road is actually Menara Hap Seng, which is where Korea Plaza is..

Menara Hap Seng is across the road.

Head to the left of KL Life Center building to see this sign, saying its upstairs (level 1).

Up the stairs u will find the poster there ^^

Epsilon PASSED!!

Epsilon before auditions

Hehe I know this came a few days late, but i was even more busy after the auditions then before it, so I had no time to spazz here.

Anyways, our dance group (now named Epsilon) from SHINee World Malaysia made it thru the Korea wave contest (KWC) auditions!

There were many that turned up that day at Korea Plaza (17th Apr). A total of 46 contestants registered. For a detailed explanation of the audition just read the article on it at kpopped (http://k-popped.com/2010/04/11-finalists-chosen-for-malaysias.html)

For us, it was a tremulous event. What we originally planned to do was to just join to represent SWM and give the contest a true SHINee cover. But the event turned out to be bigger than that! We were surprised but kept our roles as the SHINee cover and did our best.

Since me and dba had exam later that evening and had to rush through auditions so we can get back to UPM, we decided to audition early. We were contestant no.3.

The MCs told us the decision by the judges will be given immediately. So its either a YES/NO/KIV. We went in really nervous, and introduced ourselves in Korean. Then proceeded to dance, but there was a problem with the song!! (of cos i wanna blame the technical guy, but i cant) but it was fixed in a jiffy, and we didnt delay too long. After half of our performance, the judges started to talk among themselves. I got worried cos they werent looking at us anymore. I looked outside at that moment and I could see many onlookers peeking in to our audition!! LMAO...

Then suddenly the judge asked to stop the music. We felt defeated. were we eliminated so fast? Heads down, we all inched towards the exit. Then KKK (the MC) asked, werent we staying to hear the judges comments?
LoL, I was like 'yes please' *bow bow*

valene gave comments and pointed out where we could improve. We still felt as if we were being rejected so we just nodded and agreed with her. Then Mr.Jung said we did pretty well and out of the blue said 'we'll see u at the finals then', and the 3rd judge, Gavin Khoo also added 'yes, see u at the finals'.

we were so in shock that our first reply was 'huh?'
then in the corner of my eye, i could see ziera (malaysia's top host =.=) jumping d. the smiles finally reached our faces and we were bowing like crazy saying our thanks repeatedly. it was hilarious.

then they passed us our "PASS" fan, and we posed. As calmly as possible we exited. actually how it really happened was we started making weird high pitched noises as we headed towards the exit and it got louder and louder til we were outside when we could finally let out our excitement =p screamed our heads off and started hugging each other and congratulating everyone. It was a great feeling. I could feel all the contestants eyes at us but it didnt matter becos we made it. It was one step achieved and a step closer to the prize.

Now that we passed auditions..... we have our work cut out for us before the finals on May 15th. I have such great expectations of my group, I really do hope we all work hard and do our best. For SHINee.... =)))

Korea Wave Contest

another project to be done by the dancing group at SWM.... KTO presents: Korea Wave Contest!!

In conjunction with ‘Korea Be Inspired’ Festival 2010 and ‘Visit Korea Year 2010 – 2012’, the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) is organizing a Korean Wave Contest.

The competition is open to all Malaysians and K-pop fans in Malaysia. Participants are required to perform on either Korean song, dance and impersonality show. Participants would be judged on their singing/dancing ability, stage performance and costume. Participants are required to prepare their own minus one music. They can contact KTO for further assistance.

The competition offers many attractive prizes:-
Grand Prize:
5 x Tour packages to Korea
Second Prize:
2 x Tour packages to Korea
Third Prize:
RM 1,000.00

Along with this event, KTO will also be launching a special ‘Hallyu’ (Korean Wave) tour package to visit South Korea. The ‘Hallyu’ tour package is specially targeted to the ‘Hallyu’ fans in Malaysia.
